Overland has some exciting technology developments coming in the near future. Especially for our thousands of road warrior clients, we will soon be introducing a mobile booking app. This app allows any client to set up a profile or link to their current profile, and book, change or cancel reservations, as well as update any of their profile data. When they book rides securely through the app, they can retrieve confirmations and receipts at any time. Clients will also be able to track the location of their vehicle as it approaches their pick up time. Initially the app will be set up to arrange sedan and SUV rides 24 hours or more in advance to avoid scheduling and availability issues. Any shorter term needs or other vehicle types can still be handled via phone or e-mail.
Anything less than 8 hours in advance during weekday business hours, or after normal business hours or on weekends or holidays we highly suggest a phone call to assure quickest response time. Although we are a 24/7 operation, e-mail response time can be more delayed after normal business hours due to staffing differences. Immediate and very last-minute needs should always be called in.
