Without a doubt, we got spoiled in Kansas City last winter, as did most of the country. Each time the forecast confirmed that “Snowmaggeden” was on the way, I did not want to believe it. Nonetheless we prepared for the worst and hoped for the best. I have to commend our staff for a job well done.
