Overland Limousine has continually invested in technology to serve you better. Reservations, automated dispatching and billing are integrated into one sophisticated system with your complete history and detailed profiles readily available. Other features include real-time FAA flight tracking & validation, online credit card authorization & settlement, address mapping & validation, GPS monitoring, and an E-Mail/Fax Server for automatic confirmations, ride receipts & invoices.

Communications
We have utilized Sprint & Nextel for many years to provide fast two-way communications between the office and the vehicle. New advances allow us offer two-way mobile data communications and tracking chauffeur and ride status with integrated GPS monitoring. Chauffeurs are also equipped with alphanumeric pagers & cellular phones.

GDS & Online Booking Tools
Our system provides advanced booking tools for travel departments using Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan, as well as an online site for corporate administrators and individuals. With our online ordering system, you can book your reservations “phoneless” and “paperless” offering you more convenience, efficiency and accuracy. You can book, change and cancel reservations with ease, receive confirmations by e-mail and also retrieve receipts and travel reports.

Safety
We have recently implemented DriveCam Video Systems that are mounted behind the rear view mirror of a vehicle to monitor and record forward activities triggered by G-force sensitivity such as collisions, sudden braking, harsh acceleration and sharp cornering.
